Ink & Jun

This wedding has caused much excitement this week at RMW towers…we’ve all fallen head over heels for it and I’m pretty sure you stylish bunch will too. Beautiful photography (James Frost always kills it), beautiful fashion (hello Hermione De Paula gown of dreams), the most amazing venue in beautiful Puglia, Italy and just the most gorgeous, happy and in-love couple you’ll ever see. The light and the setting alone is to-die-for, everything else is just a deliciously plump and decadent cherry on the top.

You may recognise the groom as celebrity chef, Jun Tanaka – so naturally food played a big part in this celebration and guests enjoyed a plethora of local, seasonal dishes in the bright Italian sunshine.

Gorgoeus bride Ink wore a bespoke gown by Hermione De Paula, whose intricate, embroidered floral designs are truly unique in every sense. Bespoke to each bride, with personalised details sewn in, such as a special date or a motif special to the couple and completely different to every other designer in the industry which just shows Hermione’s talent and passion for what she creates. I defy you to find a bridal gown with as much personality as this. Each one is as bright and wonderful as the bride who wears it.

The couple celebrated their wedding in style, with an incredibly romantic outdoor ceremony, underneath ancient trees covered in ribbon and with festoon lights strung above them. James Frost has captured some gorgeous couple portraits which just ooze chemistry and deep rooted love. Jun and Ink are such a lovely couple, their photographs are truly everything you’d dream of and more from your wedding day. Their reception was held in a stunning clear-roof marquee where guests dined at elegant white tables decked with foliage and lemons. As dusk fell, they crept out into the night and partied under the twinkling stars. What a wedding! A big thanks to Jun, Ink and James for letting us feature it.
